During the past 3 years, FFCS Ltd. has created several investment opportunities in the real estate industry. Due to the growing volume of investors and successful ventures, FFCS Ltd. has created a private investment club, called Dhana Private Investment Club (DPIC). Members will have privileged access to an array of exclusive wealth creation opportunities. The objective of this exclusive club is to provide its members first choice on a number of real estate or private investments.

Join the exclusive DPIC for a membership fee of $10,000 (Ten Thousand Canadian Dollars) for 3 years. This fee will ensure access to various wealth creation opportunities for you. The fee is non refundable and renewable every 3 years.

Once you become a DPIC member you will have access to a variety of investments. Each investment will vary in regard to making you money. You will be contacted by a representative of FFCS Ltd. to discuss criteria for qualifying for these investments.

Short term investments can be for as little as one day to 3 years. During this period, you can invest a certain dollar amount with the aim of achieving a minimum return of 7% or higher. Depending on the details of each deal, the terms can vary.

Long term investments are for periods one year to 5 years. The rate of return for these investments can be a minimum of 10% or higher. Depending on the details of each deal, the terms can vary. The funds will be invested towards first or second mortgages.

Prior to closing the sale on these investments, FFCS Ltd. will do the due diligence on the investment. I.e. Credit checks and appraisals of properties through qualified appraisers. Each deal will contain a contract between you, FFCS Ltd. and the client. Each of these contracts will specify the terms of the deal including returns and risks.
